This is so far good ..(I am using for a month now ) ..The sound quality is ok. But have some problem inserting the casette adapter as sometimes it takes many attempts to insert this. This automatically comes out several times.
But once fit it is fine.
What a great value for the money! I have used the FM adapter type for my iPod but had a lot of problems finding clear stations. This is so much better. I use it mainly for audiobooks for my kids, so excellent sound quality is not much of an issue. It’s exactly what we needed and so far (after a several months) we’ve had none of the problems mentioned in other reviews. We use it every single day and it’s held up well, still sounds very good.
I bought this as a birthday gift. First time we tried it the cassette keeps on popping out. Had to try pushing the thing in 5 times before it finally stayed in. It played fine for the most part until the static noise comes in occasionally. The noise is the kind where if you leave a cell phone near a pair of speakers the speakers receive the signals from the phone and make the static noise. Would I buy this again if it breaks? Probably not. When I bought it, the total came up to be 8 bucks, now the thing costs 3 dollars?? Shipping’s more than the actual product.
A real solution for playing your MP3 and Ipod tunes or GPS thru your your car’s sound system! You don’t have a problem around cities where many FM stations normally over power FM transmitters. This model also has a longer black cord which I needed. The sound quality is on par with using an FM transmitter.
I ordered two of these so that I’d have a backup in case one of these died. Both of them made a horrible clicking noise and are not useable. I’m returning them.
